Introduction


The 6-hi rolling mill includes an upper backup roll, an upper intermediate roll, an upper work roll, a lower work roll, a lower intermediate roll, a lower backup roll, and a hydraulic side pusher, arranged in order from top to bottom and supported by rotary bearings on the seat. The six-high rolling mill can adopt small diameter work roll when rolling high-resistance materials, and the product yield and quality are high, the structure is simple, and the production cost is obviously reduced.

The 6-hi rolling mill can be applied to produce carbon steel, special steel, and another strip rolling, and particularly suitable for rolling high-precision flat, thin strip.

With hydraulic bending roll device and an intermediate roll shifting device, the 6-hi rolling mill can quickly adjust the strip crown, change the contact pressure distribution between the rolls, eliminating the unwanted contact area between the rolls to control the plate shape and plate convexity purposes.

The finished plate produced by the 6-hi rolling mill is flat, stable, controllable, effectively improve the strip edge thinning and edge crack phenomenon; The 6-hi rolling mill can be configured with smaller working roller diameter, increased pass reduction and total reduction rolling process, work roll can be used flat roller type, reducing the amount of spare roll and consumption.
